The minimum spend for all packages ranges from £500-£750. Open Bar prices range from £10-£25pp. All events are different so the service and price varies depending on your event and what kind of package you’d like. Do not hesitate to make an enquiry to get an exact price and suitable package options for your budget.

You are more than welcome to supply your own alcohol and anything else you wish. We will not however serve any alcohol supplied to us in our cocktails. We offer a mocktail only package and you can directly add your own alcohol to our mocktail servings independently.

Check out our full menu for a list of all types of drinks we serve. Alongside our own servings, we are happy to serve any drinks you have provided from behind our bar. Our staff are at your event to serve and will do just that.

Our standard Mixed Colours menu has a large variety to choose from. If however your favourite cocktail isn't featured on our menu then simply request the Personalised Cocktail Menu in the extras section to add up to 4 new additions to your serving selection.

Guests absolutely love the selection to keep them entertained and our Mixed Colours standard menu is included in all packages. We are happy to reduce the menu or only serve cocktails and nothing else. This however does not change the price.

Yes, simply request a Mocktail only package in your booking enquiry and we will suggest the most suitable option for your occasion. No alcohol is brought onsite in this case.

Unfortunately not. The nature of our pop-up bars mean our cocktail bars use plasticware for all our servings. This is a requirement in order to have the selection and consistency of the Mixed Colours brand. The plastic is good quality, durable and reusable and we offer a clean up service with every package. Save the planet!

Unfortunately not. The nature of our pop-up cocktail bars means we have an extremely efficient and compact setup that does not allow space for beer kegs. We offer bottled beer in our extras section as an alternative.

We offer a completely separate Custom Bar Package. This can include custom bar fronts, custom edible garnishes, themed menus, bespoke drink selections and more. Get in touch with our team to discuss an idea.

Our Mixed Colours HQ is based in the centre of the country (Birmingham, UK) to cover as many areas as possible. Your first 15miles are included in your booking and then we charge a travel fee of £1.00 per mile thereafter. Some events that are a lot further a field will require a larger minimum spend.

Our staff are well-trained in the art of serving fresh high quality cocktails at speed. The number of staff is recommended and allocated based on the size of your event. Make sure to choose a package that best suits the footfall you expect at the bar.

No. Your booking slot is when your bar will be active and serving. We arrive 1-2hours before your booking time to setup and depart 1-2hours after finish for breakdown. If you'd like your bar setup and ready prior to your service time this will incur an extra cost.

We provide absolutely everything in our service but you can provide anything else you wish. Please have a designated area for the size of your bar allocated in advance to ensure smooth setup. If you'd like to make use of our LED lighting features then we must be positioned relatively near to a power supply. Book and relax, leave the rest to us.
